Responsibilities:

• Finding own leads through search engine or other channels

• Cold calling to businesses / potential customers

• Set qualified sales appointments for the sales team to follow up on

• Assist management in exceeding the sales quota

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries

• Maintain records of all telemarketing activities, including calls and follow-ups.

Requirement:

• Experience in communicating with business owners and decision makers will be an advantage

• Knowledge of developing qualified leads through telephone canvassing

• Bilingual competence to communicate with both English and Mandarin speaking customers

• Diligent attitude and willing to learn

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
