Student Care Teacher

Location: Choa Chu Kang

Roles and Responsibilities

• Classroom management: Creating a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment

• Behaviour management: Instill safety and discipline at all times

• Supervise Primary school children (Primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework and spelling

• Provide academic guidance in all subjects

• Able to teach art and craft to primary school students

• Plan, deliver and present lesson content to students

• Plan and conduct engaging programmes and activities for students during school term and school holidays

• Able to inculcate positive values, build character and instill discipline in students

• Ensure safety of students during student care hours and outdoor play at all times

• Communicate with parents regularly to update students' behaviour and learning progress

• Any other ad-hoc duties or administrative work as assigned by Centre Head

Requirements

• Have a nurturing heart, passion and patience for students

• Min GCE "A" Level qualification and above

• Prior classroom management and/or teaching experience, at the primary level preferred

• Able to guide primary school subjects

• A good team player with positive attitude

• Those without student care experience may also apply as on the job training will be provided
