• Industry/ Organization Type: Elevator Servicing
• Position Title: Lift Service Technician
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm; Sat, 8.30am - 12.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and servicing of lifts
• Replace parts and perform basic repairs as needed
• Respond to and resolve lift breakdowns promptly
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in lift systems
• Complete inspection checklists and maintenance records accurately
• Ensure all work is carried out according to safety standards and company procedures
• Communicate with building management and customers on site issues or service updates
• Join a 24-hour standby emergency service on a rotating schedule
• Support installation and commissioning of new lift systems when required

• NITEC or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Built Environment (Vertical Transportation) preferred
• Candidates with basic electrical knowledge are welcome to apply, training will be provided
• Able to work on a 24/7 standby roster
