Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations
1. Manage daily office admin work, including office supplies procurement, inventory and distribution, office environment maintenance, and utility & facility management.
2. Coordinate office logistics, such as meeting arrangement, corporate event organization, and visitor reception, ensuring seamless on-site and off-site coordination.
3. Handle office document filing, data sorting and archiving, and maintain standardized admin management systems.
4. Optimize admin workflows with new tools and methods (e.g., AI tools for data statistics, document processing) to improve work efficiency.
Human Resources (Basic)
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination: screen resumes, arrange interviews, follow up interview results, and complete onboarding document preparation for new hires.
2. Manage employee relations daily: answer employees’ basic inquiries on HR policies, organize employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, and maintain positive employee communication.
3. Assist in sorting HR data (e.g., employee attendance, personnel information), and use tools to streamline data collection and analysis.
4. Support the implementation of corporate employee activities and HR initiatives to enhance team cohesion.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred; with 1-3 years of HR & admin relevant work experience is a plus.
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills: agile in thinking, able to communicate effectively with internal teams at all levels and external vendors, and solve daily problems efficiently.
3. Open-minded and learning-oriented: eager to learn new knowledge and skills, proactive in exploring and applying AI tools and other new office tools to optimize work.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, careful and meticulous in work, with good time management and multi-tasking abilities.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience in using AI tools is highly preferred.
6. Good teamwork spirit, positive work attitude, and able to adapt to the fast-paced work environment with flexibility.
