Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 5:30PM
Salary: $3,400 – $3,600

Overview

Our client in the water treatment industry is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support their sales team in quotation preparation, customer coordination, and documentation. This is an indoor, office-based role ideal for candidates who prefer structured work with some customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate sales quotations for spare parts and standard equipment using templates
• Submit quotations through customer portals where required
• Assist in preparing technical proposals
• Track and follow up on outstanding quotations
• Liaise with internal teams to obtain required information for customer queries
• Coordinate with customers on documentation and clarification requests
• Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items when required

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 1 – 2 years of experience in sales support, sales admin, tender admin, or B2B customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Good in Excel)
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
