We are partnering with a leading A1 Main Contractor delivering large-scale building construction projects across Singapore. Due to ongoing project expansion, we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the project team.

Position 1: Quantity Surveyor (Upto SG$6,500)
Position 2: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Upto SG$9,500)

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Contracts Manager in preparing quotations for variation works, post-tender processes and contract administration matters
• Support cost control, sub-letting processes and final account settlement
• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates and tender submissions
• Manage and administer contractual documentation
• Evaluate subcontractors’ variation claims and progress payments
• Measure, value and submit variation orders and payment applications
• Negotiate with clients and subcontractors on variation and final account settlement
• Monitor project budgeting and cost performance
• Liaise with subcontractors on contractual and commercial matters
• Coordinate with the Project Management Team on contract-related issues

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of Quantity Surveying experience, including at least 2 years with a Main Contractor
• Experience in building or infrastructure projects
• Strong commercial awareness and contract administration skills
• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
