Job Scope:

• Responsible for developing space solutions and redefining living spaces for our customers.
  Work on strategizing space solutions and recommending products to customers based on their individual needs.
• Share product knowledge and be the key relationship person to your clients.
• Travel across the island for assigned client visits, site visits, and coordinate meetings as required.
• Generate sales quotations and process sales orders for clients.
• Responsible for coordination with project stakeholders such as property Managing Agents, IDs and contractors, your internal fulfilment team and your installation team leaders.
• Maintain good technical knowledge about our products and are able to help customers resolve sales-related issues or product-related enquiries promptly.
• Responsible for determining the best products and configuration to meet the requirements of customers.
• Meet customers onsite for sales consultation, site measurements, prepare layout drawings for installation, and make sure that site calculations and orders are submitted timely to our sales fulfilment team.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Business or relevant discipline
• 1 – 3 years of experience in sales or customer service related role in renovation / construction industry
