We are seeking skilled M&E Engineers and Senior M&E Engineers to lead and coordinate mechanical and electrical works for major building construction projects in Singapore. Join a leading Main Contractor on large-scale developments in hospitality, healthcare, institutional, and commercial sectors.

Position 1: M&E Engineer - Up to SGD 7,500 (Negotiable)

Position 2: Senior M&E Engineer - Up to SGD 10,500 (Negotiable)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on technical matters related to building services and M&E installations.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
• Monitor site progress and ensure M&E works are executed in line with project schedules and construction programmes.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services.
• Resolve coordination issues between M&E, architectural, and structural teams.
• Ensure compliance with authority requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Support the M&E Manager and Project Manager in site coordination, reporting, and progress monitoring.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E works for building construction projects.
• Experience working with a Main Contractor in Singapore will be highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems including ACMV, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and ELV services.
• Good site coordination, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction practices and authority requirements will be advantageous.
