Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Management Associates:

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform ground-level operations including servicing, food ordering, reservations, cashiering duties, etc.
• Participate in training programs to learn non-supervisory skills and operational functions.
• Undergo supervisory training to develop leadership and management capabilities.
• Complete all trainings and acquire the knowledge and skills to perform independently, progressing towards an Assistant Manager role.
• Perform duties in line with the companys Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Positive working attitude with initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player.
• Enthusiastic and committed to learning and growth.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,000 +VB (1-2 Months)
• Working Location: Tai Seng
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work, 49.5 hours/week
