Job Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and development of maintenance programs for engineering equipment and systems.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, maintenance manuals, spare parts data, and engineering records.

• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, OEMs, and contractors to ensure project requirements and maintenance deliverables are completed on time.

• Assist in maintenance planning, spare parts planning, and logistics coordination to support equipment reliability.

• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure documentation is updated accurately.

• Support engineering projects by preparing reports, technical data, and maintenance-related deliverables.

• Participate in technical discussions and provide engineering support throughout project execution.

• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and documentation standards.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

• Experience in maintenance planning, maintenance engineering, field service, technical support, or equipment servicing is preferred.

• Candidates with Field Service Engineer or OEM equipment maintenance experience are encouraged to apply.

• Experience liaising with contractors, customers, or project stakeholders will be an advantage.

• Comfortable handling technical documentation, maintenance records, and planning-related tasks.

• Basic understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance principles.

• Knowledge of maintenance planning software or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) methodology is an advantage. Training will be provided.
