• Position: QA Technician
• Company: Well-Established Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) Provider MNC
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Basic Salary: Up to $2,400, commensurate with experience
• Potential Gross Monthly Income: Up to $3,000+ with Overtime

Main Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection activities on finished goods to ensure compliance with customer requirements, product specifications and established quality standards.
• Identify non-conforming materials or products during inspection and report findings to the Assistant Engineer for review and disposition.
• Update and maintain accurate inspection summary records and Lot Travelers upon completion of inspection activities.
• Ensure all inspection activities and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with established quality procedures and work instructions.
• Support other QA/QC inspection and quality-related activities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Nitec in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant QA/QC or quality inspection experience, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection procedures, manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Able to understand and follow technical specifications, inspection criteria and work instructions.
• Familiarity with SAP and/or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) will be an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented with good attention to quality and accuracy.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with relevant departments.
