We are looking for a Junior System Engineer – SCCM (CAT 1) to join our team. The role requires a Singaporean citizen with the ability to obtain CAT 1 security clearance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for patch management, application deployment, and incident resolution using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) in a controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy patches and applications via Microsoft SCCM
• Generate and analyze reports to assess patch deployment status
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 IT incidents and service requests
• Perform server patching in accordance with security policies
• Conduct testing of patches and applications before deployment
• Ensure compliance with CAT 1 security standards

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Strong understanding of patch management and software deployment
• Basic to intermediate IT troubleshooting skills (Level 1 and Level 2)
• Experience in generating and analyzing IT reports
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Must be a Singapore Citizen
