- Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Assist users with account setup, passwords, and access issues
- Escalate complex issues to IT staff when needed
- Document issues and solutions in the helpdesk system
