• Basic Salary: $2,500 to $2,700

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance for M&E systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, generators and related building equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and identify equipment abnormalities
• Attend to fault reports and user complaints through the work request system
• Supervise external contractors during maintenance, repair and testing works
• Conduct scheduled equipment tests, including generator test runs
• Record maintenance activities, findings and recommendations in maintenance checklists
