Job Responsibilities:

QC Operator – Job Scope:

• Report to Team Leader, Engineers, and Quality Manager.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections following the Quality Control Inspection Plan (QCIP).
• Check components for correct placement, ratings, wiring colors, labels, paint, fasteners, and torque.
• Document and report any non-compliant parts to Manufacturing and Assembly Team Leaders.
• Set up test stations and equipment for finished assemblies.

Job Requirements:

• Possesses ITE Certificate or higher in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering
• Able to read electrical schematics and single-line diagrams (SLD)
• Experience with electrical testing tools and equipment (Preferred)

QC & QA Technician– Job Scope:

• Inspect incoming materials and perform in-process and final product checks
• Verify supplier documents and ensure product meets quality standards
• Maintain QA/QC records, SOPs, and prepare inspection reports
• Identify and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Support audits, supplier evaluations, and continuous improvement efforts

Job Requirements:

• Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection methods, and documentation.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and ability to read technical drawings preferred.

QA QC Technician/ Engineer – Job Scope:

• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCPs), including inspection checkpoints and testing criteria.
• Review engineering documents to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Conduct inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), and hydro/pneumatic pressure tests to verify material and weld quality.
• Oversee material receiving, handling, storage, and verify compliance through certification checks and documentation.
• Monitor welding procedures and welder performance; coordinate inspections and testing of welds and joints.
• Maintain inspection records, generate quality reports, and collaborate with project teams to address non-conformities and ensure corrective actions.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields).
• Understanding design, capable on testing, and quality assurance processes.
• Possesses basic experience in project management.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of machinery or equipment.
