· Oversee and supervise molding process to ensure high quality products are made in a timely manner

· Organize the daily activities to ensure smooth operations

· Provide appropriate training, as well as maintain and evaluate training records of production personnel

· Ensure product quality and production efficiency by the close monitoring of production processes and implementing appropriate corrective actions (Form U, A, T)

· Enforce correct and safe work practices and maintain good housekeeping at all times

· Organize to meet customers deadline with process engineers and technicians

· Initiate corrective actions and follow-up until resolved.

· Stop production when product quality does not conform to specifications

· Discipline and counsel subordinates

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree with specialization in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering

· At least 3 to 6 years of management experiences in production process (Plastic processing added advantage)

· IT skills (MS Office)

· Independent and able to multi-task in fast paced environment

· Hired permanently as an employee in Singapore and willing to work in Mexico with expatriate package
