What are the Job Responsibilities?

• Sourcing for corporate clients and suitable candidates - cold calling included
• Administer the full spectrum of recruitment - from sourcing, screening, recruiting and selection to final offering to successful candidates
• Schedule and conduct interviews for potential candidates
• Oversee the client and candidates' accounts, manage business prospect and development
• Networking and expand channels to drive for corporate sales
• Develop and manage healthy relationships with corporate clients, candidates and team

What are Required?

• Minimum Degree (in any disciple) from recognized institutions
• Positive, enthusiastic and self-driven individuals
• Proficient in interpersonal communication
• Active participation in sports or school activities is an added advantage
