Retails Associate Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers by recommending products that suit their needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Guide and support junior sales team members with product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
• Maintain merchandise displays, organize stock areas, and perform regular inventory checks.
• Ensure accurate processing of daily sales transactions, cash handling, and system-based inventory updates.

Job Requirements:

• Prior retail sales experience is an advantage
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality
• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
