Job Scope:

Kitchen Crew

• Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.

• Handle ingredients and kitchen equipment properly.

• Ensure food is prepared according to company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.

• Assist with cleaning and washing of kitchen equipment and utensils.

• Check and replenish ingredients when required.

• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.

• Support other kitchen duties as assigned.
  

Counter Staff / Cashier

• Attend to customers and take orders at the counter.

• Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately.

• Prepare and pack food and drinks such as soy milk, youtiao, cookies, and other products.

• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.

• Ensure the counter and dining area are clean and well-maintained.

• Replenish food, drinks, packaging, and other items when required.

• Assist with opening and closing duties.

• Follow food hygiene and safety requirements.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• No prior experience required (Training provided)

• Kitchen experience is preferred for Kitchen Crew.

• Positive attitude and willing to learn.

• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
