We are working in a joint venture with a well-established Main Contractor delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across Singapore. For an ongoing MRT/LTA project, we are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee MRT Station and Tunnelling works and manage the full construction lifecycle. 

Position: Construction Manager - Upto SGD 14,000 per Month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Oversee and manage the full construction lifecycle of MRT/LTA projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. 
• Coordinate with LTA, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. 
• Supervise site teams and ensure compliance with LTA requirements and project specifications. 
• Develop and manage construction schedules, sequencing, and resource allocation to meet project milestones. 
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, LTA quality and safety standards, and ISO requirements. 
• Identify, manage, and mitigate site risks to prevent delays and cost overruns. 
• Conduct progress meetings, site inspections, and quality control checks. 
• Enforce safety measures in coordination with site safety teams. 
• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and management updates. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. 
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil and Infrastructure construction. 
• Proven experience managing MRT stations or underground/tunnelling projects in Singapore will be an advantage. 
• Strong knowledge of LTA regulations, statutory approvals, and coordination processes. 
• Experience managing subcontractors, safety teams, and MRT-specific construction activities. 
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
