Responsibilities:

- Provide pre-sales support with technical solution, implementation and support services efforts and agreements;

- Prepare solution proposals, proof of concept and solution / service demonstration;

- Architect and design solutions based on client’s requirements and applying industry best practices to meet customer goals and objectives;

- Liaise with management, functional, subject matter experts and development teams (internal and external) for end-to-end project implementation;

- Develop strong working relationships with clients and ensure positive client feedback;

- Adhere to the company’s project management and governance framework.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field;

- At least 5 years working experience as a business analyst or consultant role;

- Good Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC);

- Java and SQL knowledge;

- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate and drive discussion across business functions and stakeholders;

- Excellent problem solving and user support skills;

- Experience in Banking, Financial services or Wealth Management Domain is strongly regarded.
