Assistant/Student Care Teacher Responsibilities :

• Supervise homework, provide academic support, and conduct weekly spelling practice.
• Build strong relationships with students and support those with varying needs, including SEN.
• Plan and conduct structured daily lessons, including activities during holidays and full-day sessions.
• Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and stay updated with best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to support students’ overall development.

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working with children aged 4 to 14 years old.
• Preferably holds a teaching qualification or has at least 1 year of relevant experience as a Student Care Facilitator / Teacher in a student care centre, tuition centre, or teaching-related role.

English Teacher (L2) Responsibilities :

• Deliver the curriculum effectively, tailored to meet the developmental needs and abilities of each child.
• Develop and prepare engaging teaching materials to support a creative and stimulating learning environment.
• Conduct focused group sessions to teach specific skills and concepts.
• Facilitate lessons in English Language, Music & Movement, and Art & Craft.
• Design and set up interactive learning corners with hands-on activities.
• Ensure a safe, age-appropriate classroom environment that promotes the well-being and development of children.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child’s progress through meetings, portfolios, and communication books.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Preschool Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in early childhood education.
• ECDA L2 certification is required.
