Job Description
We are a telemarketing service and are looking for applicants who can be inhouse telemarketers and sales support.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written)
Good communication skills in talking to people.
Basic computer skills (Google sheets) required.
All Responsible Telemarketers ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
Applicants must be:
1) willing to work a fixed schedule every week (Min 4 hours/day)
2) willing to use own laptop and headset (Of good calling quality)
3) able to find their own quiet workspace in their own residence or preferred location.

You should be:
-Willing to listen and learn from constructive feedback and follow instructions.
-Adaptable and flexible to situations, clarify any doubts immediately to prevent misunderstandings.
-Responsive (Respond within 10-15 mins within working hours)
(No immediate response needed outside working hours)
-Able to raise issues and ask questions constructively. Highlight any hinderance to work performance.

Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling - Initiate calls to prospective clients using lead lists provided by the Manager, introducing our services and creating initial engagement.
Prospect Outreach - Contact potential clients via cold call, providing clear information about property offerings and market opportunities.
Needs Assessment & Scheduling Appointments - Discuss clients’ property requirements and preferences, and schedule property viewings or consultation appointments accordingly.
Reporting - Of daily personal activity. Any system issues.
