Job Description:

- Lead the design and coordination of M&E systems, including ACMV, electrical, ELV, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection etc.

- Conduct feasibility studies, prepare engineering reports, and review drawings and specifications.

- Plan, manage, and supervise M&E works across all project phases.

- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of M&E systems.

- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on-site.

- Conduct quality checks and ensure all M&E works meet design and safety standards.

- Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems.

- Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure accurate delivery of materials and systems.

- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.

- Ensure that systems function effectively and meet client requirements.

- Prepare and submit progress reports, technical documents, and completion reports.

- Maintain project documentation and as-built drawings.

- Able to support Tender preparation and submission.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical , Electrical Engineering or Automative Engineering or related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in M&E Engineering.
• Proficient in M&E design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and project management tools.
• 6 Working Days per week.
