Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Warehouse / Operations Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations and support our fast-growing e-commerce business in baby and maternity products. This role is critical in ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and timely delivery across multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure proper handling of baby and maternity products with care and hygiene standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

2. Order Fulfillment

• Process and fulfill orders from e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.)
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of orders
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipment and delivery

3. Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy across all platforms
• Perform regular stock counts and reconciliation
• Manage inbound shipments and update inventory systems promptly

4. Returns & Quality Control

• Handle returns, exchanges, and damaged goods efficiently
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Report discrepancies and coordinate resolutions

5. System & Process Management

• Update and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) or spreadsheets
• Improve operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse activities

6. Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with customer service, marketing, and procurement teams
• Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners when needed
• Support promotional campaigns and peak sale periods (e.g., 9.9, 11.11)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or e-commerce operations (preferred). Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.) is a plus

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks

• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
