We are seeking an experienced Proposal Engineer to join the dynamic team with our client's, Power Systems/Tender division. As a Proposal Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing comprehensive and compelling proposals for our clients in the Power Systems industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client requirements and industry trends

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collate relevant information and develop innovative solutions

• Prepare detailed technical and commercial tender proposals that effectively showcase our capabilities and value proposition

• Liaise with clients to clarify requirements, address concerns and negotiate terms

• Ensure proposals are delivered within tight deadlines and to the highest quality standards

• Provide input and support for ongoing business development activities

What We're Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar proposal engineering or tendering role

• Strong technical understanding of power systems and related infrastructure

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex information

• Proven ability to think strategically, problem-solve and deliver high-quality work under pressure

• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations and best practices

• Proficient in using proposal management and project planning tools
