🧑‍💼 Experience: Strong background in UX/UI, RPA, or intranet content management

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

🎨 UX/UI & Service Design

• Lead or support service journey discovery and design reviews
• Provide input on design systems and service enhancements

🤖 Automation & RPA

• Coordinate RPA projects using tools like UiPath
• Liaise with vendors and users for planning and implementation

🌐 Content & Platform Management

• Maintain intranet content via SharePoint Online
• Assist in SOP creation and platform documentation

📊 Analytics & Reporting

• Support digital analytics reporting (e.g., WOGAA tracking)
• Respond to ad-hoc data analysis requests

📅 Stakeholder Engagement

• Arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with HF and IT on platform updates and feedback

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in digital service delivery, UX/UI design, RPA implementation, or intranet management
• Familiarity with Singapore government platforms and vendor coordination
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented
