Job Description
- Process premium collection and payments
- Evaluates and processes post-inception transactions like nomination of beneficiary, policy alteration, assignment, fund switch, top-up, update of personal details, GIRO application, reinstatement, preparation of quotation, etc
- Conduct user acceptance testing on error rectification, new initiatives and product launches
- Collaborates with both department, inter-department users and external parties
- Perform any other duties or projects assigned by Section Head or Head of Department
