Job Scope:

• Lead and supervise landscape crews in the planning, development, and maintenance of golf course and clubhouse landscapes.
• Conduct arboriculture tree assessments and coordinate with contractors for necessary works.
• Implement landscape improvement plans, including design, planting, and treatment programs.
• Manage budgets, tender processes, and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold high landscaping and horticultural standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related discipline
• Min 5 years of hands-on horticulture and landscape management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in arboriculture, plant care, and landscape design.
• Good leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Location: Thomson (Company transport provided at Thomson MRT Station)

Salary: Up to $6,000 + AWS + variable bonus
