Job Description

  • Develops and implements learning curriculum and content that is consistent with current trends and best practices adhering to Effective Employment Skills and Employment Plans.
  • Develop and implement learning curricula and content tailored to the F&B setting, aligned with current industry trends and best practices, while adhering to Effective Employment Skills frameworks and individual Employment Plans.
  • Conduct assessments and training plans and provide tailored recommendations on workplace and process modifications to support persons with disabilities in adapting to their job roles and performing tasks effectively.
  • Engage in regular communication with caregivers and clients to gain a clear understanding of their goals, interests, aspirations and progress of their child.
  • Collaborates with programmes team to assess, design, develop and maintain high quality training programmes.
  • Responsible for ongoing development, researching training standards and best practices
  • Coordinate training resources and logistics to ensure smooth and effective delivery of programmes.
  • Support clients in developing essential social and life skills to enhance their independence and community participation.
  • Provide training and guidance to employers, supervisors, and co-workers of persons with disabilities to foster natural support systems within the workplace.
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, such as employers and caregivers, by providing timely and accurate updates on the work progress and performance of persons with disabilities.
  • Support all staff, departments and ad hoc events and activities as and when needed.

Job Requirement

  • ACTA or ACLP certified
  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or relevant field of study
  • Experienced in working with individuals with Autism and managing challenging behaviours in both educational and vocational settings.
  • 1-3 years of working experience or relevant fields and industries
  • Willingness to learn, to be able to render assistance and support, problem solve and execute
  • Positive attitude
  • Able to multi-task and coordinate well with multiple vendors and departments
