Toolmaker /4 days work (morning shift 7am to 7pm, Night shift 7pm to 7am)/Up $3,500

• Manufacture and assemble 3D stamping tools using precision machining and hand-fitting.
• Ensure dies meet requirements i.e part form accuracy, surface finish, and dimensional tolerances.
• Preventive /corrective maintenance on 3D stamping dies (Troubleshoot and repair worn)
• Work with internal departments on development process and improve tool design.
• Conduct tool try-outs and tuning to achieve first-pass yield and part quality.
• Verify tools against technical drawings, 3D models, and part inspection results.
• Identify and propose improvements in tooling performance, process stability, and cycle time.
• ITE/Diploma in Precision Engineering with experience in tight tolerance parts and forming
• At least 5 years in toolmaking with a focus on progressive, compound, and 3D stamping tools.
• Ability to read and interpret 3D CAD drawings and 2D tool design prints.
