1. Tooling Engineer / Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm / Up $5,000

• Work with toolmakers to achieve goals & support supervisor to ensure tool readiness.
• Technical support to production line /R&D /Tool design/ Sales in meeting requirements
• Liaise with production & planner to set priority schedule base on tooling status.
• Coordinate for tool improvement for greater output and continuous improvements in tool processes.
• Lead the tooling team in problem solving, identification of problems & analysis of root cause.
• Work with toolroom on machining needs for tooling modification and improvement program.
• Assist overall tooling group to ensure efficient allocation and meeting the needs
• Train, guide and motivate toolmakers and acting Principal Engineer in his absence.
• ITE/Diploma/Certificate in Precision Engineering/Tool & Die making with 3 years experience
