Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist our Finance & Administration team with document management tasks. This temporary role involves sorting, organizing, and retrieving finance-related documents, both physical and digital, to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to customer requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and organize finance documents, including : Invoices, Delivery Orders, Sales Orders, Return Forms
  • Maintain proper filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
  • Locate and retrieve requested documents from physical archive storage room
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents before filing or delivery.
  • Assist in labeling and categorizing documents for easy access.
  • Follow confidentiality and data protection guidelines at all times.
  • Support the Finance & Admin team with other document-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, file management).
  • Comfortable working in physical archive storage environments.
  • Prior experience in document handling or administrative support is an advantage.
