Technician (Steel)/$2,000 - $2,800 Basic / Rotating Shift (Every 2 weeks)

1. Morning, 7am to 3:15pm ; Afternoon, 2:45pm to 11pm ($10/Shift)
2. Annual leave: start at 7 days (Add 1 day every year, capped at 14 days)

• Operate steel wire drawing & fiber forming machines.
• Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintenance tasks.
• Regular inspections to identify deviations and testing on steel fibers
• Continuously improve production efficiency by participate in process optimization initiatives.
• Handle raw materials, WIP and finished products and ensure proper and safe materials handling.
• Monitor material inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain/warehouse team.
• Perform fiber forming to required shape & cut fibers to specified lengths for packaging.
• Package steel fibers, labeling, documentation and work with packaging and logistics teams.
• Participate in safety training, report any safety incidents and feedback on process improvements.
