Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Support

• Assist in the setup, operation, and cleaning of manufacturing equipment
• Perform basic production tasks such as weighing, mixing, and packaging under supervision
• Support inventory management and material handling within the production area

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of production activities in accordance with cGMP standards
• Conduct routine inspections and report equipment or process deviations
• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas

Teamwork & Development

• Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards

Qualifications & Experience

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Biotechnology, Chemical Process Technology, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding of GMP and safety practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and SOPs
• Experience in cleanroom or controlled environment operations
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
