ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a technical team that provides repair services and Preventive Maintenance for all equipment's.
• Manage and to complete the Preventive Maintenance according to the schedule for twice a year.
• Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Manage equipment installations logistic – pickup & installation for central & regions. Provide report for Breakdown and installation
• Train / work with service specialists and contractors.
• Manage ordering spare parts and equipment's.
• Provide reports for monthly KPI’s and Score Card reports.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Air-Cond & etc
• Experience in basic air-conditioner/refrigerator service & maintenance
• Able to supervise subordinates closely, customer driven and meticulous
