Job Description
COMPANY OVERVIEW Our client is a prominent global IT service provider that excels in custom software design, IT consultancy, and infrastructure management. Their comprehensive IT solutions help businesses eliminate challenges, optimize resources, and boost productivity.
They are looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Consultant to drive solution design, configuration, and end-to-end implementation across finance, supply chain, and operations workstreams. The ideal candidate will possess strong business process expertise paired with hands-on experience delivering complete Business Central solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Facilitate requirements‑gathering sessions with business stakeholders and convert their needs into detailed functional specifications.
· Configure Business Central modules—including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, and Fixed Assets—in line with business requirements.
· Design and document business processes, data flows, mapping structures, and integration specifications.
· Work closely with technical teams to support system extensions, integrations, and custom development.
· Deliver user training, prepare supporting documentation, and guide stakeholders through UAT.
· Diagnose and resolve system issues while providing post–go‑live support.
· Advise business users on best practices, standard system capabilities, and opportunities for process improvements.
· Contribute to project planning, effort estimation, and regular status reporting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
· Proven experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
· Strong knowledge of finance, supply chain, or project accounting business processes.
· Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured functional documentation.
· Experience working with integrations, APIs, and related technologies (e.g., Power Platform, ServiceNow, CRM).
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
· Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
