Working hours

During School Term (non-school holidays)

Mondays to Fridays

7:00 am to 4:00 pm Inclusive of 0.5-hr lunch break

During School Holidays

Mondays to Fridays

8:00 am to 5:00 pm Inclusive of 0.5-hr lunch break

Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. If it is required, it should not exceed two (2) Saturdays a year.

Job Scope

• Support student supervision on school premises.
• Prepare teaching/experiment materials and distribute worksheets or notes.
• Assist with school activities, trips, exams, and front-counter duties.
• Perform data entry, record-keeping, inventory checks, and photocopying/printing.
• Maintain notice boards and manage distribution/collection of materials.
• Carry out other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 GCE O-Level passes including English (C6 or above) or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Mother Tongue.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• At least 1 year experience as a School Teacher Support; classroom management or MOE school experience preferred.
• Strong organisational, independent, and collaborative skills, with a willingness to learn.
