Responsibilities and requirements :

• Oversee the daily operations of the TCM clinic
• Manage clinic staff, including receptionists, osteopath therapists, physician and support personnel.
• Coordinate schedules for TCM physicians and treatment rooms.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinic policies, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory of herbs, medical supplies, and equipment, and coordinate procurement.
• Prepare operational, sales, and performance reports.
• Handle budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking.
• Resolve customer feedback and service issues to maintain high patient satisfaction.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
• Promote TCM services, health screening packages, and wellness programmes.
• Develop partnerships with corporate clients, identify opportunities to increase clinic revenue and support marketing campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in clinic, healthcare, retails or hospitality management.
• Experience in a TCM or healthcare environment is often preferred.
