JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to offer stage
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates professionally
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Support onboarding activities for new hires
• Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices in talent acquisition

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma and above
• Training will be provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Interest in people-centric roles and talent development
