The Talent Acquisition Intern will work with the HR team to strengthen the company's talent acquisition capabilities and support DTL’s global recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities

• Use various channels such as social media platforms, university career portals, etc. to source and engage with potential candidates
• Expand and maintain DTL's talent pool and recruitment channels
• Assist in recruitment marketing materials and activities
• Assist in other HR-related projects

Qualifications

• Undegraduate in a relevant field of study or with relevant experience
• Meticulous, professional and organized
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and results-oriented
