Your Duties Include:

• Developing strong client relationships through business development & account management
• Creating job ads and managing postings on various platforms
• Screening and shortlisting candidates for the right fit
• Conducting candidates' interviews and assessments
• Coordinating interview arrangements between clients and candidates
• Preparing contracts and handling required documentation
• Building and nurturing a pipeline of top talent
• Maintaining an organized, up-to-date candidate database

What We’re Looking For:

• Min. a Dip or degree in any discipline
• Positive attitude, strong initiative, and eagerness to learn
• Tech-savvy and adaptable
• With or without CEI-certified
