✨ Role: Talent & Learning Coordinator (APAC)

💰 Salary: Up to $5,000/month
🗓️ Duration: 3–4 months (until 15 February 2026)
🌏 Department: APAC Talent Management Team

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent & Learning Coordinator to support our APAC Talent Management team during a key transition period. This short-term role offers valuable exposure to HR operations, talent development initiatives, and digital learning tools within a leading global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for Talent Programs and Next-Gen Talent initiatives
• Support the planning and organization of workshops and learning sessions
• Maintain and update databases and dashboards (Excel / Power BI)
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal stakeholders
• Design simple visuals and content using Canva and PowerPoint
• Manage and update content on internal platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
• Liaise with country HR teams for updates, inputs, and program tracking
• Assist in budget tracking, vendor coordination, and invoicing documentation
