We are looking for a Swim Coach & Operations Executive to join our team!

This role combines hands-on swim coaching with operations and class support responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who loves working with children, enjoys being active, and is eager to learn.

No prior experience is required — just enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to undergo full training.

Key Responsibilities

Swim Coaching

• Conduct fun, safe, and engaging swim classes for babies, toddlers, and young children (training provided).
• Create a positive and encouraging learning environment for parents and children.
• Support senior coaches during classes and gradually take on independent teaching responsibilities.
• Provide basic progress feedback to parents and assist with lesson preparation.

Operations & Coordination

• Assist with daily class scheduling, student registration, and coordination of class flow.
• Manage bookings, attendance records, and basic administrative tasks.
• Communicate with parents regarding class information and updates.
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the swim centre.

Safety & Facility Support

• Ensure pool safety and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
• Support in setting up and closing down the pool area for classes.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards for both staff and students.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: No prior experience needed — full training provided.
• Education/Certification: Background in sports, fitness, childcare, or teaching is an advantage.
• Skills & Qualities:
  Enjoys working with babies and young children.
  Energetic, positive, and willing to learn.
  Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability: Able to work on weekends (essential).
• Attitude: Open-minded, adaptable, and proactive.
