Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer to join us on a project-based or part-time basis (approximately 3 days a week, flexible). This role is ideal for designers with 1–2 years of experience who want hands-on exposure, flexibility, and the opportunity to earn commission-based income through a basic salary plus commission structure.

If you enjoy both design and client interaction, this role will be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare space planning, layout proposals, and basic design concepts

• Produce 2D drawings, mood boards, and presentation materials

• Assist in client meetings, discussions, and site visits

• Support design development from concept to execution

• Coordinate with project team, suppliers, and contractors

• Assist in sales discussions and design-related proposals

• Manage design revisions based on client feedback

Requirements

• Experience in Interior Design or related field

• 1–2 years of interior design experience (Singapore projects preferred)

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic rendering tools

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Comfortable with client-facing and sales-related discussions

• Positive attitude, responsible, and detail-oriented
