Job Description
This position is responsible for supply management, including planning, execution, and process improvement for Cluster markets (Thailand / Australia). The role will manage demand forecast, replenishment planning, coordination with factories, order placement and shipment tracking to ensure smooth FG supply to the market while controlling DIO and minimizing write-offs. The role requires to maintain full compliance with tax stamp and track & trace regulations for Thailand market, ensuring uninterrupted product availability.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Brand, Trade Marketing, GBS, and Factory CS & Planning teams for new launch planning, prioritizing production and shipments. Oversee FG destructions, CFT, NTMs orders, and write-offs in coordination with the Factory NTMs planning team and Finance.
The incumbent has to possess relevant supply planning experience, be familiar with IBP / S&OP and demonstrate strong coordination between factories & markets. The role requires supply chain management knowledge and data-driven analytical skills with commercial acumen.
As Supply Planning Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
- Manage inter-company supply to ensure timely and accurate product importation and proper documentation. Liaise with the GBS on shipment requirements, stock movement and third-party warehouse to ensure smooth handling of import documentation and clearance.
- Support demand and forecasting efforts, driving short- to medium-term forecasts with maximum accuracy in the IBP system. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to thoroughly understand operational volume requirements and address various volume scenarios and sensitivities via incorporating ML (Machine Learning-AI) forecasting techniques during monthly S&OP meetings. Escalate identified issues and opportunities to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Establish, review, and track target DIO, taking into account forecast trends and potential regulatory changes. Assess inventory levels, identify high-risk SKUs, and assist in implementing gap-mitigation strategies. Oversee NPD launch schedules and ensure inventory is prepared, factoring in NTM information. Reduce FG/NTM write-offs by closely monitoring production plans; Collaborate with GSC counterparts to ensure consistent supply availability, flexibility in production, and continuity.
- Coordinate for tax stamp application processes and Track & Trace systems by working closely with manufacturing, regulatory, finance, and external authorities in Thailand. Manage tax stamp forecasting, ordering, allocation, and reconciliation processes as well as ensure supply plans comply with Track & Trace, serialization and reporting requirements
- Create the financial modeling for business cases and develop relevant what-if scenarios analysis for management decision when required; Translate data into business insights and drive ROI optimization, acting as a commercial business partner with strong analytical skills
- Manage various tasks and projects (e.g. Global S&OP Project ) as they arise and upon manager’s request.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualifications: Diploma, Degree or equivalent. Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG industry; experience in Finance role with Financial Analysis is preferred
- Language: Fluency in English
- Functional Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and SAP (preferable)
