Job Description

• Support student discipline and manage students during recess, activities and detention.
• Maintain discipline records and assist with investigations.
• Liaise with parents/guardians on student discipline matters.
• Conduct school walkabouts and monitor entry/exit points for safety.
• Manage student crowd flow during arrival, dismissal and school events.
• Monitor attendance and flag persistent absenteeism.
• Maintain student management records and prepare reports.
• Identify students needing support and refer them to appropriate staff.
• Support student briefings, orientations and school events.
• Perform other student management and school operations duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Preferably 5 years’ experience working with children, teenagers or youth.
• Experience in discipline, case management or behaviour support isan advantage.
• Former national uniformed services personnel preferred.
• Familiar with restorative practices and student support frameworks.
• Good report writing and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Valid
• First Aid certificate
• or willing to obtain one before commencement
