Roles and responsibilities

Join the exciting team at Ministry of Football and Ministry of Sports! We’re seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to oversee and grow our dynamic programs and sports events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead outreach initiatives through cold calling and strategic marketing
• Promote programs on our websites and social channels
• Build partnerships to drive event and program participation
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of sports events and weekly programs
• Supervise venues, scheduling, and overall event quality
• Manage freelance sports staff: recruitment, scheduling, performance
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and organizational standards

Requirements:
