Social Worker / Counsellor / Caseworker - Pre-Family Guidance Order (Pre-FGO), Family Guidance Order (FGO), and Integrated Service Provider (ISP)

Job Description

• Attend to and triage Pre-FGO application and ISP enquires.
• Responsible for the liaison with MSF for all waiver and consent matters.
• Refer families to appropriate resources and services.
• Support in internal case allocation
• Maintain database, support in data collection for research projects
• Minute taking for internal meetings
• Contribute to other ad-hoc projects within the team and organisation.

Requirements

• Diploma in social work or related discipline.
• Undergraduates pursuing their social work degree may also be considered.
• At least 1-2 years’ experience of working with youth and family preferred.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with available community resources that support youth and families.
• Meticulous and systematic in record keeping
