bout the Role

We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee installation works on-site and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will be the main point of contact on-site, working closely with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site installation works to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients on project progress
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards
• Review technical drawings (P&ID, GA, electrical schematics) and ensure proper implementation
• Monitor subcontractors’ work, progress, and manpower
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues to minimize rework
• Manage site documentation, reports, and meeting records
• Support project scheduling, planning, and cost control
• Ensure site readiness for equipment delivery and installation
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and project handover

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years of site/project experience, including supervisory experience
• Able to read technical drawings and use project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Procore)
• Good understanding of WSH requirements

Preferred Certifications (Good to Have):

• WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH
• Work at Height
• bizSAFE Level 2
• Lifting Supervisor / Forklift license
